Hello families! Important updates for the week: 

1. This is a short week. No practice Thursday or Friday! 

2. Our meet is on Tuesday night, July 2nd, and at our Cashmere pool, which means we are the host! We have numerous families missing this week, and there are 56 volunteer positions to fill, so please make sure at least 1 individual from your family is signed up. 3. Please expect the meet specific email Monday night or first thing Tuesday morning. But you will need to arrive between 5:15 and 5:30. 

4. SwimTopia: If you want to see the active heat sheet and your swimmer's results, you can either purchase the SwimTopia paid version ($2.99/mo) or you can go to the website and log in for free. 

5. We are not marking Disqualifications (DQ's) this year but they are being tracked and provided to coaches to help kids develop. Instead, you will see the swimmer marked as "exhibition" which means he/she can still get a time and see their progress over the year but they will not be "placed" for the race. 

Finally, it is extremely important that we know of any absences for meets prior to setting up the meet, so if you have not already, please email us if your swimmer will be missing Tuesday's meet--no later than TONIGHT!
