WE MADE IT! Final meet of the year and it's looking like a beautiful day. 

Schedule: 

• Meet is at the Wenatchee City Pool. It is outdoors. Plan accordingly!
• Gates open at 6:45 AM
• Cashmere Swimmers warm up at 7:15 AM
• Volunteers check in at 7:45 AM
• Meet starts at 8:00 AM
• Please see attachment "Champs Agenda" for a full list of events by name and order and the estimated time of start. 

Operational Stuff - DIFFERENT THAN YEARS PAST!

• ONLY swimmers and active volunteers will be allowed on the East side of the pool or into the pool bathrooms. There is a viewing area on the West side of the pool and bathrooms out in the park. 
• See attachment "WVSSL Champs Plan" for more detailed map and explanation. 
• There are 4 vendors with food and shirts. See attachment for info. 

Other

• I will send full heat sheet and event by swimmer as soon as it is ready this afternoon. 
• I HIGHLY recommend downloading SwimTopia for this meet and you can do the free trial since it's the last meet. It sends updates on swim events. 
• Kids who miss event will NOT be given a re-swim. Please make sure you tell your kids to pay attention. They will likely call 1 or 2 heats at a time only. 

WE HAVE 6 VOLUNTEER POSITIONS OPEN. Please fill them and if you have missed any meets, and therefore volunteer opportunities, you should be filling this in. We have had many families work overtime this year. Volunteering — Cashmere Swim Team
